What is Kinesiology?
Kinesiology is a holistic, natural therapy that can help to identify and release stress from your nervous system. What is Muscle Testing?
Muscle testing is a gentle technique used in kinesiology to gain biofeedback from your body to discover what is disrupting your body’s natural ability to heal. By applying light pressure to any muscle, as a practitioner, I can gain information specific to your body. It’s really simple, and I’lll show you how it works when you come in.

What is Biofeedback?
Biofeedback is a process that helps you become more aware of your body’s responses, such as muscle tension, breathing patterns, and energy flow. In kinesiology, muscle testing acts as a form of biofeedback, providing real-time information about stressors affecting your body. This allows for targeted techniques to restore balance and well-being that is personalised for your body.

How does Kinesiology work?
Kinesiology works by tapping into your body's innate wisdom through muscle testing. Often what is keeping you ill or in fight/flight/freeze is hidden in areas of your brain that you’re not conscious of. What comes out of a session can often be quite surprising! But once we uncover those areas, I can use gentle techniques like acupressure, rhythmic movements, bowen and cranial sacral therapy to reduce the impact those stressors have on your body and you can start to feel better!
